Raja Jamalamadaka

Raja Jamalamadaka is Managing Director at Roche Information Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. He has nearly 25
years of experience in the technology industry as an executive and an entrepreneur. As a technology CXO,
his experience spans all facets of organization development. He has worked in services, product and
captive centers of excellence. He also has been a former two-time entrepreneur. Academically, he studied
engineering at the Government College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) and management at the Harvard Business
School at Boston.
Raja is also a well-established Neuroscience researcher, an avid speaker and industry thought leader on
the subject. He has spoken at several Fortune 500 organizations and industry events including TedX. He has
been recognized as a ‘LinkedIn Global Influencer’ in 2023. In 2018 too, he was recognized as a ‘Top 25
LinkedIn Top Voices’ from India - recognized for generating the platform’s most engaging and insightful
content. He is also the recipient of the highly coveted “Marshall Goldsmith award in Coaching Excellence”
– an award that recognizes the top coaches.
He was awarded the CSR leadership award for his active support for CSR initiatives in India. He has been a
mentor to several early-stage startup founders/boards and has been a regular member of corporate boards
for nearly a decade. Due to his rich experience, he was invited to join FICCI’s coveted Science,
Technology & Innovation (ST&I) Committee.
