Ashwin Sekar

Ashwin Sekar joined InCred in November 2020 as the Head of Tech Products; in April 2022 he was elevated to the position of Chief Product & Technology Officer. Ashwin comes with over 16+ years of experience in developing, launching, and managing products in a fast-paced entrepreneurial tech environment. Since joining InCred, Ashwin has helped attract and build out a top-notch product team. He has also helped conceptualize and bring to fruition via relentless execution multiple innovative products in InCred’s portfolio spanning SME and retail loans. Ashwin comes with deep lending operations expertise via previous stints - spanning roles in risk analytics, 0 to 1 product launches, lending operations, collections management and product management where he set up and grew teams, all operating in an agile environment.
In his new position as Chief Product & Technology Officer, Ashwin will continue to partner with the business to build out multiple world class products to deliver on InCred’s desire of being a new-age financial services platform to make lending quick and easy. In his spare time, Ashwin is an avid reader, an endurance running aficionado and a passionate sustainable living evangelist having helped over 5000+ homes in Chennai transition to zero waste living. He holds a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
