Arvind Vaishnav is the head of Philips Innovation Campus (PIC), Bengaluru, India, which is the largest innovation hub of Royal Philips, the leading health technology company focused on improving people's health and well-being through meaningful innovation. At PIC, Arvind is responsible for evolving and implementing its strategy to become a world-class high-performance, and agile organization that is focused on delivering people and patient-centred, high-quality care.
With a firm understanding of Philips’ global business priorities and innovation roadmap, Arvind plays a critical role in deciding and building capabilities at scale within the campus, which can be effectively leveraged by the businesses to accelerate innovations and reduce time-to-market. As a steering committee member of Philips India, he plays a pivotal role in augmenting the position of the company in the local market by integrating the company’s well-entrenched technical and domain experts from the campus with customers inquisitive to understand solution roadmaps before adoption. Further, he also works collaboratively with leaders across other sites to establish Philips as a trusted partner for customers and health experts across the health continuum.
