Varun Dube

Varun fronts the blockchain business for Wipro globally. His pivotal responsibilities involve the development of Wipro's blockchain strategy and investments, forging strategic partnerships, and helping clients realize their Web 3.0 vision. He is a passionate, ambitious, and accomplished leader with over two decades of diversified experience globally in technology.

Varun is currently piloting the launch of decentralized platform DICE ID created by Wipro Lab45 that issues and verifies tamper-proof digital credentials. His goal is to help businesses with rapid customer onboarding through verifiable credentials, securing data & online transactions which helps build customer trust, avoid financial losses, and adhere to data protection regulations.

His previous stint was with Oracle where he was an integral part of Oracle 10G team. He was involved in the release management of Oracle 10G RDBMS on Windows 64-bit platform. During his free time, he enjoys listening to music and spending time with his family.
