Sumit has published reports on the Indian IT and BPO sectors in collaboration with industry bodies like CII and NASSCOM. Before joining BCG, he worked with Kearney and Everest Group. He has led multiple transformations across the globe in business growth, digital transformations, and other large-scale turnarounds.
