Gyan Pandey

Mr. Gyan Pandey is the Head of Digital/ CDO at Voltas. His experience spans over 26 years in diverse industries like Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, etc. giving him an edge at looking at technology from diverse perspectives. At Voltas, he is part of the leadership team and leads the technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the IT needs of the company.
His previous stint was Aurobindo Pharma as Global and Group CIO. At Aurobindo Pharma, he managed to establish Digitalization strategy in alignment with the overall objectives and needs of the business, with a focus on regulatory compliance, efficiency, effectiveness and innovation. He worked towards creating a data driven enterprise across functions and to ensure compliance. Prior to Aurobindo he has worked in Enrich LLC, Qatar Petrochemicals, Oracle and such other prestigious companies that have given him a lot of exposure in the field.
As a seasoned technology leader, he has a proven track record of driving and enabling business growth through digital transformation and aspires to make IT as a growth engine for business transformation. He is a firm believer in Innovation and team work to drive the business transformation through digital solutions. Regularly representing different technology forums as a panelist on national and international forums on topics related to digital transformations, Industry 4.0, pharma technologies and challenges.
