Anand Athreya

Anand Athreya is the CEO &MD of Tejas Networks,India’s pioneeringR&D-driven telecom and networking OEM. Anand is an industry veteran with more than 25 years of global experience in telecom equipment, networking, and software industries, both in technical and managerial capacities. Prior to Tejas, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Juniper Networks, where he served for over 18 years and built several industry-leading products. Prior to Juniper, Anand worked in diverse management roles in Procket Networks, Malibu Networks, Tiara Networks, and also held senior engineering positions at Novell.

Anand earned his B.E in Electrical Engineering from Bangalore University and M. Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University in India. He later moved to USA where he obtained an MBA from National University in California and also attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
